A-Frame
All,
I need a kit or plans for an A-Frame to lift and move bulky parts from my truck projects.
I'd like to build a 1-Ton rolling A Frame to pull beds and cabs off trucks and then pull it around with my tractor if possible to relocate the parts.
Do you know of any kits or does anybody have a decent set of plans.
I'd prefer someting that disassembles easily if possible.

A-Frame
Hi,
I saw photo's of one a guy built its called a "Gantry crane" or something like that on the Hobart welding site in their welding talk section.
This crane uses a small "I" beam which is fastened to legs and wheels. He has left several color photo's and the finished product is impressive.

All you have to do is bring up the page that you want to copy the link for in your browser. Right click on the browser search window where the address you are looking at is shown. Select COPY, come back to here and open up a reply window just like I am typing in here to post this reply. Right click at the location you want to copy the link to then select PASTE and poof, -there it is!

that's what I need. Unfortunately, I'm not that good of a welder.
I only have a 110V MIG, probably not adequate.
