I cried last night.
It happened while I was on my way home from the awards assembly held at my daughters high school.
I have to say that Long Beach High School must be one of the finest schools in the nation.
Students there are consistently winning awards from national scholastic organizations.
Last night two students from Long Beach High were recipients of awards from the French language instructors in the United States of America.
There were somewhere around 95,500 students involved in the program across the nation
One student placed 3rd in the state and 4th in the nation as adjudged by the instructors.
My daughter was the other award recipient.
She placed 4th in the state and 6th in the nation.
I am so proud of her!!!!!!

Would love for all who can attend to sing out & we can get to preparations.
We can even have a pre GTG on the 11th if anybody wants to gather in one place, turn a wrench or grab a sandwich.

Hey everyone. I just need it to stop raining and warm up so I can get back to painting my two projects. Hopefully the weather is nice on Monday so I can take a bike ride down to the coast, I gotta get outta Meridian for a bit. I'd like to join the next meeting ya'll have. I'll have to request some time off as I usually have to work on Sat if it's gonna be on the 11th. Anybody know of anyone that has some 16x10 rims for a 1/2 ton?
