I am looking at property in the North West area right now. Currently window shopping in the Winder area but I have an open mind. I hope to get a job at either the shop in Winder or the maintenance shop in downtown Atlanta. Looking for something around 8-10 acres, needs to be horse/ goat friendly. Just looking right now but if I can get the land between 30-50 G's I might just buy the land and sit on it till the job opens. I am in no big hurry and have my VA home loan available so it would be no money down.
