On my 96 bronco my alarm says that something is open and i think that it is the Tailgate because when I try to roll down the window it won't let me. I think it is because the window is not alined or something any ideas please respond

It's not the glass - it's the safety interlock switch on the driver's latch. Look at these pics. To get the glass to go up, the strike bolt should be moved outward, but you may just need to close the t/g a little harder. See if you can find the alarm wiring & switch to the t/g.
