looking at buying an 88 to put a 7.3 in it. my buddy has an 85 so if they are the same i can do some measuring on his to see if my 7.3 will fit in the 88
You don't need to measure anything, it will fit, do a search, it has been done before, there is even a powerstroke 90's Bronco around, and those have exactly the same frame engine-wise.
