90 F150 4x4 Project

Hey Guys!
Im New here and just wanted to get some suggestions on how I should go about my plans for my 1990 F150 4x4. I would like to be able to squeeze 33 12.5 15s on it. Right now Im sitting on 31 10.5 15s. I was thinking about using E250/F250 Front coil springs to achieve enough lift in the front to fit the tires and also level out the truck a bit. Somewhere around 1.5 inches. Has anyone done this? I know Ill have to fix the alignment which wont be an issue. And I was also told I'll need to get a set of aftermarket wheels because 10.5s are already pushing it. Any advice would be appreciated.

My 96' fits 33s under it with stock suspension.

I'm not sure about your year but I know that for mine a alternator off a 96' F350 powerstroke is a perfect bolt up and plug matches up just fine.

Also front springs off them will also give you a little bit of lift like you suggested.
