Lighter

So my cigarette lighter in my 1990 F-250 has power to it but it dose not power my I-Phone or heat my lighter insert and suggestions on where i can find a NEW part since Ford basically dosent make anything for 1990's anymore?

Corrosion is the likely problem, if any part of the socket is visibly rusted you would best replace it.

If there's power, does it have a proper ground path?
I only ask, because this was the problem in my wife's car.

this, don't even try cleaning it napa sells new universal cigarette lighters for like 5 bucks, pick one up and swap it out should fix your problem.
