PCM stock or modified?
Hello,
2001 F350 CC 7.3
Bought mine a year ago, boost has never been very high, and do not hear the turbo at all. When I bought the truck, the previous owner said she would give me a super chips tuner to plug in. I have done the air test on the intercooler, and up pipes dont show any leaks, however there is 190K on it.
I did not expect the tuner to work, but does read codes, It also says, VIN is locked, towing installed. so whoever installed the program last on another truck did not remove it.
So question is, is that telling me the PCM on my truck is modified, or is that the last program that was installed on another vehicle??
