I am wanting to install a RanchHand HD bumper and winch but the frontend is already starting to sag. What are my options to raising this frontend back up? I have been thinking of airbags but I can only find them for the rear. Since the front has leaf springs, couldn't the ones for the rear work for the front? The one I found for the rear said it required drilling the frame to mount the bracket. Since I would have to drill, I figured I could drill it to fit the front. Better yet, I could find an airbag system that's actually made for the front of my truck. No luck on that so far. Does anyone here have any ideas(other than buying new springs)? I don't want to buy new springs because with that heavy winch and bumper hanging on the front, I don't believe it would be long before they started sagging again. Thanks for any info.
Take a look at a Rancho add a leaf kit. It just supplements what's already there. Pretty reasonable price. You will need an alignment however after any front lifts

If you are going with all that weight, you might want to consider a D60.
the D50TTB is notorious for wearing out ball joints, axle pivot bushing and not holding an alignment. Adding a 400lb winch/bumper will just amplify the problem
Your front end may not be sagging out more than normal. The F250 leaf springs are negative arch springs. However, with that weight, like Brad said, you may want to swap to a Dana 60 anyway.
