which hub units?
are the best, I know most will say Timken, but I have been waiting over a month and the sp940200 front hub 2005 f250 4x4 has been back ordered and not expected to be filled until late July, that is straight from Timkens office, what is the next quality brand wheel hub bearing manuf.?

Do you remember which seller it was? Were they made in China? Many people have had very good luck with them.

if saving 100 bucks is worth a 50/50 chance of a ****ty hub unit, than by all means go with aftermarket. If you want the best for your truck than timken is the best way to go. I am not saying you can't get lucky on an aftermarket, I am merely pointing out the best option.

Timken hubs are aftermarket.
I tend to base my decision on whether or not I mind doing the job again. That's why I bought a $8 COP from eBay, but spent $270 on a Motorcraft fuel pump. I haven't done a hub assembly yet, but I think I'd spring for the quality part.
