Fuel pump driver module. Located on a cross member above the spare tire. It's a common problem.

Drop your spare check the Moudule by taking it off the frame if any holes in it that will be the problem about $100 at ford.

Yeah this happens all the time. I think the new modules have a rubber piece that goes on to keep it off the frame and stop it from happening again. It is a super easy fix and anyone can do it in their own driveway.

Until you verify that your fuel pump is grounded and getting power, there is nothing else to do..

ever run the tank dry? Gasoline lubes the pump so if you ever ran it dry, you shortened the life of the pump

This doesn't sound right. Did they give you the old fuse block back or just tell you it was bad. They sometimes do get corrosion at the contacts (there are contacts where you change the fuse and on the reverse side) but they can be cleaned. Unless this truck had a lot of water in it (flood or leaks) this shouldn't have happened.

You might run a CarFax on it and see if there is any history of flood or accident damage. Not everything shows up, but most things do. Also, did you buy this from the dealer? If so, I would have a talk with the service manager, sales manager or owner, since this isn't normal in these trucks. Ford might be worth talking to. A private owner sales, then small claims court if you find out he hide problems from flood, etc.

And you might check out this site :

Get your CarFax...FREE - Ford F150 Forum - Community of Ford Truck Fans

A member of the F150forum.com has offered to pull free CarFax for forum members. Make sure you read his instructions. You will need to provide the VIN and some addition information. Might be worth checking it out. It does take some time for a response, but it is sent to your personal mail and is free.
