Got the rest of the interior reassembled today

Have to figure out what I am going to do with the 4wd shifter and 5 speed shifter boots. There is about 1/2" gap between them and the floor.

Tomorrow I have to shampoo the seats and swap the 92 seat fabric onto the 90 seat frame(so the rear seat will have seat belts)

Maybe you can make an 1/2" aluminum plates as a base for the boots?, that would be easy and would look good.

For the trans yes, but not the T-case

Here is the interior all put back together.
I changed all the blue interior to 92-93 Charcoal interior and 90 rear quarter panel covers w 90 rear seat belts

Got a Skylar top and LOVE it. Just a question for some of you. Have you eve had to replace the Velco on the tailgate? My top was used so it came with no velco for the tailgate, so i went to the Hardware stoke and bought Industrial Velco. Bu the other day in the heat, the adhesive started to let go:doh0715:

Here is the top

Fixed the drivers door yesterday so I can open it from the inside

Also fixed the A/C so I dont have to sweat to death on rainy hot days.

I want to build a rear tube bumper with tire carrier, tube steps and mount my ProComp light bar on the front bumper. That should be it for this year

Put some new Mile Marker Stainless hubs in the bronco on Wed. When I had the hubs off I noticed the grease was water logged. So i pulled the hubs and bought some new wheel bearings and seals. But when i pulled the hubs i HAD to use the impact gun to remove the spindle nuts.

Found out when i got them off, why. The passenger spindle would NOT come off the axle shaft. I had to remove the inner shaft along with the spindle. I put the inner axle in the vise hanging down and needed to used a 48oz hammer the beat the spindle off. The inner needle bearing must have seized and then grenaded. the pieces went into the spindle and chewed up the axle stub and ovaled out the spindle.

And wouldnt you know it, I have the ODD DUCK with FRONT ABS. The spindle are different from everything else. Only SOME 95/96 had ABS so it was Impossible to find the right spindle. I had to take a non-ABS spindle and machine it out for the ABS sensor and drill/tap for the attaching bolt.

Put the spare tire carrier back on to give me some interior room back as well

Got it al back together just in time to drive down to the Jersey Shore 4th of july morning. Went out on Island Beach State Park. Never been out on the sand before, it is different than anything I have ever done before. Pretty cool.
Aired the tires down to 18-20psi and just tooled around.

Saw some REALLY nice rigs, wish I got some pics. E350 4wd motorhomes with 35s!!!!! Also saw a few 4wd E350 vans

Looks great Brad, and it's perfect for the beach. First year for me too, driving on the beach. There's only one trail here in RI, and ya need a $100 permit to drive on it. Nice though, being able to drive down the trail, pick a secluded spot on the beach, and hang out.

And yep, sand is WAY different!
