Transfer Case opinions!!
I was wondering if anyone knew of any good websites or knew of any good info on ford t-cases. Which ones would mate to a C6 fairly easily?

If I had the setup you have with the truck in caps. I'd Look for the NP205 Gear driven case from the F250 0r F350's from 73 to 79. They are a stought case. Since they are Mounted to C6[s they'll mount to your c6. You might have to do some mods to the drive shaft's in your truck Since i'm not sure how the shafts hook up in that year. I NP 205's behind both my 4x4's they handle much more abuse without problems then everyone I run with with 80 up chain drive cases.

if yoy do go with one of the BW case be sure while you got the case out split it open and check the gear oil pump they put in these case, be sure to clean all the screens and lines running to the pump and add fresh gear lube. these pumps are known for cloggin up or goin out and it'll trash the case 90% of the time
