To tow 12,500 Pounds legally with an OBS, you will need the lightest 7.3 PSD/460 E4OD 4.10 truck you can find. In other words, a 2x4 regular cab long bed truck.
You need a Super Duty. You might be better off trying to rent one whenever you need to tow the camper.

Actually, the PSD, either F250 or F350 SRW, Auto trans, 4.10 gears will go 14,000 for trailer and 20,000 CGVW. Same combo for the 7.5L is only 12,500 for the trailer and 18,500 CGVW. The PSD has the advantage here.
I weighted my F250, the one in my sig line at the CAT scale. It was 6,200 with both tanks full and all the junk out of the cab and cross-box. When I borrow my friend's trailer, we're bumping 18,000 with food, fuel, water and my family in the truck.
BTW, I think our CAT scale is light. I would have put the weight of my truck at close to 7,000 lbs.
