Are you worried about damaging the fenders? The bodyside moulding is only held on by double-sided all-weather foam tape, so basically, just pull it off. You may have to start it with a paint scraper or flat screwdriver, and it'll almost certainly remove some paint and leave a bunch of foam tape behind. Use some automotive paint prep products to remove the adhesive without damaging the paint. (PPG, DuPont, and 3M are the best brands.)

No - the same tape. Just don't gouge the fenders if you use a screwdriver, and take your time or you'll break the badges. It's easiest when they're HOT from the sun.

i read a good tip, use some fishing line to get the molding off after its been in the sun for a good bit, but would heating it up with a hair dryer work? and use WD-40 to get the sticky residue off.
