Replace Center Seat with a Console?
I have a 2012 F-250 SuperCrew with the 60/40 front bench. We bought the bench because of the 4 kids, however, one of the "kids" will be leaving the house soon for college and I'd prefer to have the center console. It seems like it should be a fairly straight-forward conversion, but does anyone sell consoles that bolt in, or do I need to go the junk yard route? I haven't looked underneath yet, but does the center seat bolt to the floor separately or is it part of the passenger seat?
I can't be the first person that wants to do this.

There are more but I just looked at the first couple pages of results and picked the ones with directly pertinent titles. I know there are more threads in there with good info on this, but the titles are more general.
You should also find even more if you do the same search in the Super Duty and Heavy Duty sub-forum.
I'd start checking the salvage yards first if I needed one.
