Hi everyone,
My name is Gino and I am new to the group. Offroading is my hobby.
I was wondering if anyone knows if the brakes off of an Expedition will fit on the 8.8 axle from an Explorer. If that is possible can anyone veryify if the bolt pattern of an Expedition is 5 on 5.5?

Expeditions are 5X135mm.

But will the brakes from an Xpedition fit on the 8.8? Is the bolt pattern close enough? The 135mm = 5.3 "

No, they won't fit. The lug pattern is different; the backing plate is different; the axle tube is different; the Explorer rims won't fit over the Expedition calipers.
