Shutter when braking

I have an 88 150 longbed. When I'm braking the truck shutters, really shakes.
I've replaced and turned all of the rotors and drums, pads and shoes, repalced all of the springs, calipers and parts,wheel cylinders, master cylinders, many of the suspension and steering parts including bushings, shocks, balanced and rebalanced the tires and wheels. if the problem is ABS, how do I test it and adjust or repair.

Another thing to check would be worn wheel bearings. I would also check for worn suspension parts (bushings, etc).
If you want to rule out the ABS, just pull the fuse for the ABS test it out.
