HELP ME ZF5 Conversion
So if your truck is a 1990 for example, you'll need a clutch pedal assembly from an 87-91 F-series (150, 250 or 350 makes no difference).
And if your a 92 and newer, a 92-96-97HD pedal assembly will be needed.
That shouldn't be to hard to find in a junk yard.

Looks like the one from my '91 Bronco so, even John's example is right.
It's made from magnesium, be nice to it. ;)
The steel ones Ford used later, have a problem you'd need to fix. ;)
Don't forget to get one of these, it's a firewall re-enforcement...
(Ford part 7A621)

^^it works great! :)
Here's what the pushrod and stud looked like out of my '90 F250 parts
truck (ZF for the Bronco) and the firewall was still in "like new" condition,
no kidding...

Welded in a new stud from a grade 8 bolt (~4140) and replaced the
wimpy clutch pushrod with a brake pushrod. It needed to be shortened
and re-rounded...

To protect the magnesium frame I mounted a ~1+1/4" thick "vibration
isolator" on the floor for the lever to mash down on instead of being
stopped by the frame, you can see it there just above the emergency
brake pad...

Made a thinned-down one (used the bench grinder) for the upper stop.
