parts interchange question
hi guys i have a question about a 1959 mercury shortbox truck it has no transmission or driveshaft i was wondering if a transmission from a 1952 shortbox and up transmission will work on a 1959 ford shortbox any help would be great thank you

A better answer will be forthcoming, but my short reply is " no ". They have entirely different wheelbases, engines, transmissions, etc.. Anything can be made to work, with enough ingenuity - and money.
