Rubber Matting

Hey guys and gals.

Does anyone know where to get a thick, dense, rubber matting that's cut from a roll.
I am looking for something about 1/8 inch thick to use as a floor liner in my truck.
My dad used to be able to get this stuff from hardware stores for his trucks but I can't seem to locate anything close.
Most of the time what he found was either ribbed or diamond plate patterned.
I plan to POR15 the floor, then cover with dynamat, and then the rubber matting.

I have toyed with the idea of using the spray in bed liner material but was never able to figure out if it could be sprayed over the dynamat.
Also the thick rubber matting would be cheaper.

Ford used to have exactly that. It was part number D5AZ6011172B. 3 feet by 6 feet by 1/8" bondable mastic. No dealer or N.O.S. company has any left though. Ford also used to have D5AZ6011172C. That was aluminum covered fiber pad. Also 3 feet by 6 feet but 1/2" thick. There are about 10 dealers around the country that show it in stock. What state are you in?

Heat bondable mastic or the aluminum covered fiber will form around tunnel etc. better. But you had the right size!

I am in Las Vegas Nevada.
I am looking for the rubber mat to use for sound deadening and a basic floor matting.
That is one of the reason I can't use the thinner house runner type plastics.
The rubber mat would work double duty until I can get the POR15 done.
The dynamat I have left over from my stereo install days but it doesn't double as floor matting.

Not to step on the toes of PartsDummy, but here are the two closest dealers that have the D5AZ6011172C fiber/aluminum mat I described. Note, it was expensive and it is floor insulation mat Ford used in Police cars back in the day. One of these dealers may make you a deal since this part number is discontinued by FORD. I'm still working on a rubber one.

You might look into the EPDM pond liner material. I used it a lot building ponds and water features. You can beat the heck out of it, walk on it, drive on it dump bucket loads of Rock on it, & even Nail it down to sub structure ( you then cover the nail head and puncture with a vulcanizing bike tube patch) and it stays water tight. It molds to almost any surface and with the same adhesive you put your door rubbers on with you can "spot" glue it into place so it won't move. Lowe's, Home Depot, and Menards usually have it on a Bulk Roll in 6', 12' and 24' widths.

Do you have a Tractor Supply store near you? I was just at one last week and they have rubber matting on rolls in two thicknesses.
