AOD Transmission??
Looked at a 1989 Frod F150 4x4 today with a 302 automatic. I believe the tranny is the AOD Overdrive?? I think the shift indicator shows: P-R-OD-D-1. It does not have the overdrive lockout at the end of the shifter, I did check for that. It's pretty rusty and has no title but, it does have a visor I'd like to have. Some other good parts: tranny, 302, seat, transfer, front bumper, cb radio, hood, rusty bed, ok doors, radio, electric windows and door locks, etc. Guy wants $500. firm and will deliver. I believe the Lund visor alone, is $150. new. You gearheads think that a good deal?? The tranny is a AOD? What should it have for a transfer case that year? Thanx a million!
