Anyone ever done this?
I was thinking about buying a billet grill, but tons of people have billet grills and I wanted to do something a little different. I thought about getting a spare chrome grill and cutting out the cross members of the grill and just leaving the outer chrome shell.
I know "dale gribble" did this, but he put it over a billet grill, and it looks good.
What I was wanting do is something similar to this. (Ignore my terrible MS Paint skills.)
Just curious on whether anyone has seen this done, and also wanted some opinions.
