wtf steering gearbox.

Went out to my truck and noticed atf on the ground. Track back to the top of the gearbox...it appears to be coming out of some plate on the top. Can this be fixed or is it redhead time? Only 75k miles wtf ford.

Yes to both, it can likely be fixed but it sounds like Red Head time to me!
