Hey!
I just recently got a 1964 custom cab f100, the engine (original) purrs like a kitten and has no leaks As far as i can tell, all it needs is the brakes to be bled and a little body work. Any secrets or tricks of the trade (things i should watch out for) that might be usefull? This is my first restoration project.
If something works fine, leave it alone, if it does not, fix it before it breaks something else. Restoration is a fun hobby, but can turn into a nightmare if you do not keep a tight hold on your wallet. It is really easy to spend thousands of dollars on a truck worth $1500.
