ok, bought a 1999 ranger to replace my 89. i thought all ranger wheels were the same, the ones off of the 89 wont fit the 99. lug pattern same center hole is small on 89 rims. some one explain what i need to look for when i go to scrap yard to look for wheels. kinda confused about this. thanks

I'll give this a try. Originally, 4x2 Rangers had 14" wheels that centered on the rear axle shaft and 4x4 Rangers had 15" wheels that had a larger hole in the center to match the 4x4 front hub size. Later on, say about 1993, I think, 4x2 Rangers got 15" wheels and they had the larger hole in the center. Does this answer your post?
