'92 Trailer light wireing??

Does anyone know if a '92 F150 could have come from the factory with a 7 wire trailer plug attached to the left underside of the rear bumper, I'm looking at an extreemly low mileage '92 that has no evedence of a class 3 or 4 hitch ever being on it, and there has never been a ball mounted on the step bumper-weird?

1992 was the first year of the plug-in on trailer package trucks. They did not have factory hitches until 1997 model years.

If it's on the right side and has pin descriptions on the cover, you have the trailer package.

My old 95 had a 6-7 pin (never counted) connector for the trailer. One of those round plastic plug type ones. Not the little 4 prong one. It looked like it was stock, the truck didn't have a hitch on it, just a ball on the bumper that was hardly used.

Primary rig is Green Thunder:
95' F-150 XLT 4x4, 302, 5 spd, MSD 6A, Flowmaster American Thunder Exhaust, Sunroof, Clear corners w/ Diamond headlights, CD player with 2 10" subs and some 32" BFG Muds .

Check out my Gallery for a look-see.

Then theres:
99' Mustang GT 4.6L
88' F-250 Heavyduty 4x4 351/c6
95' Mercury Cougar 4.6L V-8
80' E-350 300/6 with a
3 spd column shifter. Weighs around 7,000lbs w. 65mph top speed, who wants to race me!
