I'm doing the pocket style ones right now. It looks like your unable to open your rear door. I'll have to upload some pics. The original website erased all my pictures.
From what I've been able to find, Bushwacker no longer makes the pocket style flares for our Excursion, but they do still make the ones for the Superduty Pickups. That is what Archtaan did on his, and then modified the rears to fit over the XLT Excursion quarter panel trim and modified the flare to work around the door, and also used the late model superduty up front. His picture of the one at the door, was before he cut it, and modified it to fit with the door.
Thanks to those who mentioned Amazon, I may be able to finally get my flares once I save up the funds, as shipping is much better with Amazon Prime!!
Ok, the picture is pre-cut. I purchased the 250 ones and modified mine. I'm still working on the cut piece and closing it all up. The rear's are on, but just not the cut piece.
You said you used F-250 flares, not the F-350? By an chance do you still have part numbers? I really like the way your's turned out, great job.
Bob
I used the 08 front flares and the up to 07 rear flares. F250/F350 are the same if they are both SRW.
You would need Part # 20914-02 for your application. The fronts are direct bolt in for your application, of course you have to cut the rear. Easy as pie.
in the process of molding pieces of acrylic which will be 3m to the door with a bracket on the door lip for extra strength. It's been a long process for me since I haver very little free time.
