An interesting article
This is an expected turn of events, and the local townsfolk are hoping it happens.
Tiny town of Windsor is at a crossroads - Daily Press
This is a small town just a few miles from the Virginia Beach/ Hampton Roads area. It would mean a ton of new jobs and a lot of traffic through that part of the country.

As you can see, there is a lot of room for growth in the area. Suffolk is only a few miles away and Richmond is a little more than an hour West (Northwest). I think it's exciting.

Too late for that. The time to buy would have been a few years ago. Now is the time to start thinking about businesses in the area. There is serious talk of a Toyota assrmbly plant (it's in the article). That's huge! I'm thinking of businesses like hotels, cleaning services, restaurants, gas stations, stores (Walmart???). The area is going to grow really fast over the next few years.
