Programmers for 2004 4.6 F150?
First things first- my truck is a 2004 F150, 4.6, 2wd, supercab with approx. 137k on the clock. I've had this truck since October and I LOVE it. Mostly use it for commuting, since I've got a 'fun' truck for playtime (1986 F150, 300 I6, 4x4, 4 speed w/ granny low, 4" lift, sitting on 32" Pirelli ATRs).
Anyway, I love my 2004, but I want to 'wake it up' a little bit. Don't worry, I'm not under the illusion that I'll gain mega HP/torque/mpg's, but a few extra horses and snappier shifting would be nice since the transmission does seem a bit... lethargic. (And I have checked over the transmission... no slipping, correct fluid levels, and everything is running as it should.) Also, I would like to have a way to read DTC codes.
There's so much out there... which programmers do y'all personally reccommend for my purposes?

I have an Edge Evolution installed on my Truck since 2005 and to put it simply....I love it.
You can fully customize it or use any one of the three pre-programmed installs. Also it comes with an Optional dash mount and is easy to install.
Well worth every penny plus it gives you alternative gauges if you require them.
