Issues with LED lights

I recently replaced all my incandescent lights on my 99 ford ranger which makes my truck stand out, but the issue im having is all my exterior lights work including my turn lights but my running lights will not turn on. is there any way i can fix this problem i changed my flasher unit with one that is LED Capatable and i added load equalizers to the back to correct the issue with my turn signals but i just cant get my running lights to work

Welcome to FTE. This is a great site for all things Ranger.

If I understand you correctly, you have replaced bulbs. Is that the case?

You talk about your "running lights." I'm not clear what lights you are referring to. Would you clarify. Are these lights on a circuit where you are unable to add load equalizers?

You need to replace the flasher. Get the EP-27 flasher and it will work

I changed the original flasher unit ep-27 with one that is LED campatible and it fixed the error on the dash were the turn signal flashes like there is a burnt bulb but is there a relay or fuses somewhere else that might need switched maybe in the distribution box or something

I'm no injunear when it comes to cars. I'm wondering if by installing the resistor in your rear signals, plus the flasher, if that could be the problem. From what I remember when I installed these LEDs in my SD, you did one or the other, not both. Maybe take out the resistors and see what happens?
I got all mine from Super Bright LEDs, if you did, or some other supplier, give them a call, they might be able to help you. I'd need a wiring diagram to answer your question about about anything in the distribution box, but look in your owners manual for anything that might be related.

Try putting the incandescent bulb back in and see what happens there as well. The standard 3157 is a dual element bulb, if that lights as it should, I don't know anything else. That's why I asked if you had the right bulb installed.
I don't think the flasher has anything to do with your running lights, they're either off or on , they don't flash with a dual element bulb, only the flasher element would.
Sorry I can't help out better.

I will try that and see what happens I had only resisters which fixed my turn signals but I was showing I had burned bulb on the dash then I added the new flasher which corrected the problem on my dash

The two things may not be actually related or the same thing. The dash indicator measures resistance or current flow to 'know' there's a bulb not consuming power, while the flasher uses the amperage flowing to heat a bi-metal strip that bends to open the circuit, and then cools to turn it back on. Both measure and use amps, but the 'running lights' are not concerned with flasher amperage. They just 'come on' given power from the headlight switch.
If they{the running lights, or parking lights} do not come on, then check power to the socket, and then check that the new bulbs work by applying power directly.
The running lights most likely do not need a resistor, while the flasher or turn signal portion of the bulb might need one to fool the flasher into thinking there is a bulb installed AND fool the 'light burned out' detector into the same. Maybe you do need a resistor to fool the burned out bulb thingy. What does the instruction manual {ha!!!} say?

Go here, EBSCOhost - world's foremost premium research database service
Type in tech in the user name and password, then go down to the automotive section. Type in year, make, etc. and you should get a diagram. It appears there is a relay for your running lights, looks like in the underhood box.

I have load equalizers on the front lights one on each side connected to the turn signal wires should I change it to the other wire I'm going to try and take out the LE's on the back an see if that fixes the problem since I installed a LED flasher unit I'm at a point were I'm going to try everyone's ideas

We were typing at the same time, read my post above. One question, do your rear running lights work?
