Installed the kit today...took about 2 hrs..Had couple problems getting the swaybar links loose, so i just loosened the while swaybar mounts. I set both the front and rear at "3" and I will play around with the settings after I get an alignment in the morning. The ride seems much better, but not gonna drive anymore it till tomorrow. If I can figure out how I will post pics later.
I didnt measure ride height before and after(was under the gun timewise) But its the 2.5" leveling struts and I would say I got beween 1.5-2" of lift.
Before:
looks good. Much better stance. That's the exact set up I have. I think you will like it. The struts are advertised to give 2" of lift, not 2.5". I know I got exactly 2" according to my measurement, which left me with a little rake, not much, but a little.

The lift I got was advertised as 2.5....they had a choice of 1.5-2-2.5.....doesnt matter though...I'm happy with the way it looks.
Gotta find a rough road to test it out after I get the alignment...lol
yeah you were right I saw on their site that it says 2.5 in now. I guess I remember most places I shopped for them said 2" on their site, and 2 is what I got and what I suspect you got. anyway, truck looks good.
After getting an alignment this morning, with limited driving I am pleased with the ride quality with both front and rear set at 3. I plan on fooling around with the setting to see if there is one I prefer. I noticed that the front end "drops out" quicker than before on speed bumps. The ride seems to feel a bit more firm but better ride if that makes sense.
I love mine. Had em on for over a year now. When I first installed them, My truck sat almost dead level. Now 15K later there's definitely a rake to it. Not much, just enough so I don't have to worry about hauling heavy loads.
I have mine set to 6. Went back and forth 5/4, 5/5, 5/6, 6/7. Found the 6 to give good comfort and not too harsh on the potholes(which PA has many!) But keeps the body roll down and cornering firm. When hauling I bump the back up to 7 and it keeps the dump trailer from rocking me at stop.

I'm ready to pull the trigger on the quicklift up front. The RS999910 show 2.5 inches. I tow a 5000 lb boat and the truck sits pretty level with boat on it. Thinking I'd rather go with the a 2.0 inch. I didn't see an option for the 1.5 or 2 inch quicklift. Am I missing something? Also gonna put the RS9000XL on the back. 2004 SCREW 4x4 with 132K.
The kit I ordered was advertised as 2" and your truck sits almost identical to mine. Honestly I like the little bit of rake myself. So while you may have not got all the lift they advertised I think it looks better than if you would have.
Mine was advertised as 2.5, but without before and after measurements I cant tell you what it wound up being. I'm happy with the way it looks and rides, I was a little worried 2.5 of lift would be too much anyway...so it worked out
Got the Quicklift loaded and RS9000XL from Rockauto.com yesterday. Going camping this weekend and towing a twin axle trailer with a UTV and fire wood so I was gonna change the rear shocks this afternoon because the truck was a little squishy towing my boat last week. The fronts are gonna have to wait till next week cause I don't have time to align before we head out.
Got the old shock off no problem and could not get the new shock in the bottom shock hanger. Tried about 15 minutes and then decided to try the other shock and it slip right one. The steel roll pin in the bushing was 1 5/8 and not 1 1/2. Not real happy at this point. Unlocked the second shock to extend it and nothing happened. Had to pull it out. Worked it back and forth and gradually extended but not all the way. Now I am super pissed. I called Rancho Tech support. They were nice and had me try a few things. Both shocks were bad, one with the wrong size bushing and one with no pressure. Explained everything again to RockAuto and they are sending replacements as soon as I ship the others back.
I though the rear shocks were gonna be the easy swap. If I didn't have bad luck.....
