I don't think so. Mine had 31's on it when I got it and they filled it pretty well, 33's may fit, 35's would be really pushing it.
THIS IS on a 4x4, the 2wd sits lower.
31 10.50 15 stock:
33 12.50 15 with 2" body lift (realize the bed will squat probably another inch or two once all the weight is back on it):
