92 Headlamp
92 F-350 diesel dually. The left front headlamp needs to be replaced but it looks like it is almost impossible without removing the battery, grill, etc. Anybody have any tips for doing this?

Do you mean just the (electric) bulb, or the whole headlight (plastic) housing? The bulb comes out by twisting the large black collar around the electrical connector.
If your hand won't fit between the core support & battery, you'll have to remove it to get to the 2 nuts that retain the headlight door (with the blinker & side markers). That'll give you access to the headlight housing.

You need to remove the battery. Then on the back of the turn signal lense there are two nuts that need to be removed (10mm). Then remove the two screws at the top of that trim piece and it can be removed.
