C = Oakville Ontario Canada Truck Assembly Plant.
748107 = 1966, assembled September 1965.
Automakere went to 17 digit VIN's in 1980/81. Some online decoders do not recognize 11 digit VIN's.

thanks numberdummie i found the tag on the door
is beat up bad i can make out the raised numbers lust not what they mean
they are in this order
any help would be awsome

You omitted the MODEL code, I added it based on the GVWR
