Looking good. Those tires are huge but seen to fit well. I'm wondering how much I'm going to want in the future.

I had a body lift on an f150 and.... is been a while. Think I swapped the brackets side to side and drilled some holes, was all it took.

Only reason I won't do a body lift is leaving my hitch hanging too low and my shifter too low. I'll stick with suspension.

Yeah, it's not hard to lift up. Just drill a couple holes and you can get it up about 2.5" without any extra parts.

You could always extend the shifter. Also, you can choose to not raise the back bumper all the way and just split the difference between the tailgate and hitch. I've seen some people cut a piece from a sheet of rubber to cover the gap between the back bumper and the tailgate without lifting the bumper and it looks pretty good.

Hey Collin. That's sweet that you got the tires ordered. I can't wait to see them on there. So are you still deciding on if you're going to go any higher with the lift?

And, I'm real sorry I haven't gotten back to yet, I've kept saying that I will but never get to it. But thanks a lot for those pictures, they will help a lot. Should be pming you shortly, hopefully.

Sure thing on the pics. I should be sending you some of the back bumper soon. Just got that done this evening.

Not sure about the lift. May go higher later on, but I think I'm satisfied for now. Probably won't to higher while this is my only vehicle.

Okay, got the rear bumper lifted back up to match the body finally. Took longer than I had hoped. Had a few bolts that I needed to cut/grind off due to all of the undercoating/paint on them keeping them from coming out. Used 1/2" grade 8 bolts to secure the bumper in its new position.

Got my Goodyear Mts in a few days ago. Got them mounted, balanced, and on the truck today. They ride well, look good, and don't make too much noise. Very pleased so far.

Here are some pictures:

Thats a cool bricknose. That two tone gray is a great combination. Honestly, I really liked the ride height better before the body lift.

For what its worth, the Rancho RSX shocks are good, but the regular RS5000 shocks are just dampeners and are not gas charged. I'm not at all a fan of them at all. I have Monroe Gas Magnum on my truck now and really like them alot better than the RS5000.

Do you have any pictures from straight behind to see how your hitch looks with the body lift and the bumper raised? I'm still tossing that idea around.

I'll take one for you you and post it tomorrow. Doesn't look bad to me at all. Now, if my hitch was all rusted up, it might be a different story.

Yeah, it's one of my favorite combos, and I don't see that many around. Mostly just plain white and plain red trucks that I see around me. The paint is going, and I'm planning on repainting it in the not too distant future. Have an engine swap to do before the painting though. Want to get all of the work done before it gets painted when I'll be afraid to touch it, haha

Really like the blue/white 2 tone you have too. Will probably stick with gray/silver though.
