What is the axle code on your driver's side door VIN sticker? Find that and we'll be able to tell you exactly what gearing is in your truck.

My '94 F150 4x4 351 has 3.55 gearing which has an axle code of 19. This may be different gearing than yours.

I would say that 3.73 gearing would be good with 33" tires and 4.10/ 4.11 gearing would be good with 35" tires with out totally wrecking your mileage.

Mine has 3:55 gears as well. The tire size you chose will dictate what gears you will need to keep the engine in the proper rpm range.

It really doesn't matter what gears the truck has now, tell us what size tires are on the truck and that will determine what gear you need.

I would like to go with 35s but i don't want the tires to be to big its only a 4" lift, on that note what would you recommend for either 33s or 35s I've seen the other post of 3.73, and 4.10/4.11, but i have also seen people post that you wont see a difference between a 3.55 to a 3.73 or even 4.10 with tire change
