315 75R 16 on stock rims will fit with the V's up front, but will rub the leaf spring at full turn (depends on the tire). That may be because I picked up a used set of V's. I added in the level mini pack and that helped. You still may need to pull out the drivers side inner plastic fender to gain a 1/2 in clearance. Rears fit 315's with no issues as is. I'm putting in modified used C's later this month- will let you know how it looks and drives.
You said that you have a full replacement bumper. If that means a big heavy Ranch Hand or other type winch bumper thats heavier than the stocker you may want the X codes. They were factory equipment for trucks with the snowplow prep, stronger to cope with the extra added weight of the plows or in your case big nasty bumper.
It is the ranch hand.....so it sounds like the x codes for the front. What about the C/B codes for the rear?
I doubt the ranch hand, even with a winch, is anywhere near as heavy as a snowplow.
You may want to consider using W code front springs. I did on my Ex and they're perfect for a heavier bumper without being as harsh as an X code may be.
I'm assuming the lift was 6". Why not just replace the the springs with Deavers. Everyone says they ride great. Those are the springs Icon uses in their lifts. I think they would sell you fronts with spring rates to handle the bumper. For that matter, there is probably a shop in your area that would sell your what you need. If you take the lift springs out, those tires won't fit. With the ford springs, which only give you about 1.5" bigger than stock, you're going to end up with a mini pack in front and much bigger blocks out back. I got 1.75" out of the X codes b4 I lifted it, worked nice with my plow and 33's. It took 8" up front to make my tires work without rubbing, but mine are 14.5 wide.
