1979 C-6 mating question...

Will a small block Ford engine 302-351 bolt to a C-6 automatic transmission. At the moment it's bolted to a busted 1979 400 cid in a F-250 pickup. Anybody know the length of the transmission/t-case combo, also? Thanks

1979 C-6 mating question...

The mating bell-housings to tranny are:

Same =302,351W,300-I6 Small Block housing

Same = 351M/400,429,460. Big Block housing

the 351c will also bolt to the small block bell housing!!!
