Cant find spare wheels

Cant find spare wheels
i can seem to find a spare wheel to go with my set on my truck. all i now is they are 15x10 turbine style rims. they kind of remind me of the vector wheels on the genral lee. can anybody look at them and tell me what they are and where to look for one more?

First off, we do not know what you are saying. Second, the picture you tried to post did not show up. Figure out what you really want help with and try again. Once that is done, you will probably have your answer.
