My throat is almost healed....just a tiny bit sore because all of the stitches haven't dissolved yet. I'm hoping by next week to be back to 100%.

Mine was a bit warmer for a change. I actually set out some store-bought potato's that were sprouting in the veggie bin and in the process stuck my shovel right through about a half dozen Yukon Gold spuds that were beginning to get up and go.
Hopefully winter is done with us now, I heard from an older resident that the deepest snow they ever saw around Memphis was on the 21st of March one year - but within days it was all gone.
MAC: I got an excellent catalog today in the mail from an outfit I never heard of before- www.excitinggardens.com
That should have linked to them online, hopefully. They have some of the most wonderful shrubs and tree offerings I have seen by mail so far
For over ten years I have wanted to replace a Blue Spruce that was supposed to be kept with the family from the start - but was thrown away by the self-serving psycho I married.
Well - 18" seedlings (3 year olds) are on sale there for $10.99/dozen, and I always wanted to sell live Christmas Trees
It might be a few seasons later, but I wonder what an 8 or 10 foot Colorado Blue Spruce would go for at todays prices...
