Driving a long today, been out for about a half hour doing errands and stuff. Everything is fine, I come home for 10 mins then have to go back out to the DMW. About a mile into the trip I here this "thump thump thump" noise, I keep on going to the DMW and it's there all the way. I pop the hood with the engine running, everything looks fine nothign loose causing a clunk. Get under the truck, shake everything a little nothign loose. Check tires, inflated no visible fractures or anything in it.My neighbor and I put shocks in tuesday, and i've put about 60+ miles on the truck since then and no problems until now.
What do you ya'll think? I'm depressed thinking something is wrong with my baby!

Screws on the tire? I hope your not talking about the lug nuts holding the tire on.....thats extremely dangerous, the wheel could fall off, those need to be tightened to 100ft-lbs with a torque wrench. Must be in a start pattern, not circular so that the pressure is applied evenly.
