Custom with ranger body code?

Custom with ranger body code?
I have a 1979 F150 (F14HUDG5237 133 B F141 DR4 F H2 06300) I bought this truck from the original owner. He said the truck is a custom. I look up the body code a it comes up as a ranger. The emblems are not on the truck and I want to restore a with the right emblems. How can I know for sure?
