I have a 1999 f150 its having a fuel problem i was driving and my truck just cut out on me i have diag it as the fuel pump cause when i turn the key i have no response from my pump

Drain the tank and drop it.
The lines and harness are on the top.
Do a fuel pressure check before you do, to be sure.
