ugh brakes
My wife tells me yesterday that the brake pedal is pulsing. I didn't say much we were at my father in-laws who has been battling stage 4 melanoma. I did a complete brake job in April or may rotor napa cro slotted up front heavy duty out back couple calipers. so anyway we live next to a long big hill I downshift or hit the tow/haul mode don't even need to touch the brakes but one time. she likes to ride them down the hill. conclusion warp rotors. she gets to help this time. she has a lot going on no big deal. whats real good she drives it more in the winter than I do. and maybe 4000 miles since I did it.

You may have a caliper not releasing or a collapsed rubber brake line not allowing the caliper to retract acting like a one way valve. Also the caliper sliders may be frozen. The rear disc braked trucks are noted for the sliders hanging up if not lubed with anti seize annually. Look for a blued rotor, one rim hotter then the others or radically uneven pad wear. If the inside pads gone and outboards good that's another indication of a bad caliper.
