It works like this, there were no 429/460s ever installed in 61-66 Ford trucks, therefore there will be no listings for them. Trial & error may be the only way or go with custom built.
I know they didn't come with 429"s in them was just hopping someone who had done the 429/460swap before would chime in and share some of there experience.
My dad put a 429 in his 65 and used headers for the 73-79 trucks with the 460 but I don't remember what brand they are. They fit fine but he did have to put a small 1/4 inch or so notch on the right frame for clearance on one tube.
The only issue you are going to run into is that you need a cobra jet exhaust flange which is usually a custom header, Stan from Stan's Headers is highly regarded when it comes to custom headers, here is the link to his site.
