Head gasket leak?

So I am losing coolant at a pretty quick rate and as far as I can tell I don't have a leak on the outside anywhere. My truck constantly blows white smoke, not a lot but enough to let me know that it's not right. I checked my oil and there's no coolant in it, I also took the cap of of my coolant tank an cranked my engine and I didn't have any back pressure pushing my coolant out of the tank. Where do I go from here? I know I should do a compression test but as of right now I can't. I don't have the compression gauge and the oreillys in my little town isn't open on Sundays. Does anyone know any other things I can do to check and see what the problem is? I really need help on this one.

Sounds like a head problems to me I guess it is a gas motor. U can pull the plugs and look at them coolant in the combustion chamber will clean the plugs u need a coolant pressure tester not a cylinder compression gauge my guess with the white smoke u will be pulling heads
