Well, 05-07 is the same body style IIRC. I know the 1st gen super duties (99-03 7.3s and the 03-04 6.0s) can be fairly easily modified to accept the 05-07 front end (grille/bumper/headlights), and I think there may be a few guys who updated to the current style, but much more difficult.
Anyway, to be technical, any bumper from 99-07 should work with light to no modifications, but 05-07 bumpers are the same and should be what you're after.
