We'll double check, but I don't think it can be off just one tooth. From what I remember, there was a 'key' in the splines that clocked the front and rear sections properly.

90...wow, if I go over 75 my front end is all over the place. I keep mine at 66 and it feels just right. Glad to hear they're working out for ya.

That I'm not 100% sure of. I noticed the female end has one large slot but the male splines all look to be equal size and spaced evenly from just eyeballin it.

Glad you got it fixed. How did your yokes end up being aligned? Front shaft, rear shaft, or maybe even orientation from yoke from transfer case to yoke at diff. As I mentioned in my issue that it went away, but ive noticed an ever so slight vibration now from bout 40-60, it may be that i need to grease the slip, but ive been reading about how the ujoints should be phased, and it appears that opinions on that vary from one expert to the next. Not sure how much different your longer shaft is to my shorter one (wheel bases folks, wheel bases), but im sure the phasing would be similar. As I previously said, my yoke on my front shaft is ever so slightly out of alignment with the yoke on other end. Did yours work out the same after the 180? Maybe a few pics would be beneficial.

Damon, As far as the phasing of the drive shaft. There is only one way to do it, it is in proper orientation or its not . Both ends of the shaft must be lined up in a straight line no matter if it has a slip joint or not. just look at the rear shaft to the rear end,the one with both ends welded on. the shaft with the slip joint must be aligned the same way. the shaft length has no effect on phasing.
