Plasti-dipping?

Anyone on here had any experience with this stuff? How durable is it with the elements? How well does it clean up? Does it maintain it finish? Just opinions overall.

Thanks,

Trevor.

Had my excursion 'dipped'... So far so good. Easy to clean... Water... And it's held up to everything thrown at it over this winter

Interesting...mine needs some body work and paint but painting a beast as big as an Ex is going to be quite a lot. Thought of this as an alternative while I save money for a true paint job. How cold is it where you live? How harsh the winters? I'm in Utah and it gets pretty cold and nasty here.

Yea I youtubed it a bit already, almost seems too good. The price. The durability. So I thought I'd ask around for some opinions of those that have done it.

Yea PA does get mighty nasty. How long have you had it on your truck?

Just a few months now. I know a few people who have had it on for a few years and no change.

Will you be doing it yourself, or having someone do it?
